How to Download the GrubHub Driver App
As part of the long GrubHub Driver onboarding process, you get a link to the GrubHub driver app for delivery partners (couriers) at the very end of the onboarding process. This is very different from the GrubHub customer app, which you can get on the Android Play Store or iOS App Store. This is AFTER the onboarding session, which makes no sense to me because they are going through the Grubhub Driver App during the onboarding session and it would be nice to get the Grubhub Driver app to explore during the onboarding process.
This is the workflow of the GrubHub Onboarding process:
- Sign up for GrubHub and complete the 6-step application (note, you may get an additional email to verify length of driving history. I got a new license so had to upload my old drivers license to prove length of driving history. Pretty typical.)
- On DocuSign, review and sign the Delivery Rates information, W-4 and GrubHub Delivery Partner Agreement
- Attend Online Grubhub Driver Onboarding Session
- Receive Welcome Email with Link to Download the GrubHub Driver App

The welcome email I received is below, with the link to download the GrubHub Delivery App. It also includes an emergency contact for Driver Care for urgent delivery issues:
