Parents Can’t Let Children Use Lyft or Uber

Parents Can’t Let Children Use Lyft or Uber

After reading through the terms and conditions of Uber, I found this section (as seen below). It summarizes that you any user of the service is 18 years or older. An Uber support agent also replied that kids 18 years and younger can use the service but if they are accompanied by their parent.

It can be unsafe to just let your kids be driven around on Uber or Lyft by themselves. I wouldn’t trust an Uber or Lyft driver to drive around my kids, especially with the recent activities in the news. I know that they are isolated cases but I rather not take the chance.
